What ingredients are in the meal you are eating? This is what chefs know and something you should know too. This session will equip you with the right questions to ask the next time you dine out.

Joel Schaefer, chef and author of Serving People with Food Allergies, Kitchen Management and Menu Creation and former Special Diets Manager of Walt Disney World will take you on a trip through a professional kitchen so you can have a better understanding of how a chef can safely prepare you meal.
