Anxiety, [ang-zahy-i-tee], noun, plural anxieties.  "A feeling of worry or unease about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome . . . an abnormal and overwhelming sense of apprehension and fear often marked by physiological signs, by doubt concerning the reality and nature of the threat, and by self-doubt and one's capacity to cope with it."  Sound familiar?  A little bit of anxiety keeps us on our toes; too much knocks us down. This session will help you fully understand the psychological impact of living with a food allergy, including how anxiety affects children of different ages. Then, it will teach you how to develop an Emotional Safety Plan to help you prepare for and reduce that impact.
